Recently, KARRIE INT'L announced its plan to issue convertible bonds, with estimated net proceeds of approximately HKD 149.75 million. The company intends to utilize the net proceeds through various methods to expand its overseas production capacity, including, but not limited to, purchasing new machinery, constructing a new factory in Thailand, and pursuing acquisitions in overseas markets to meet the increasing orders in these regions. At the end of September, the company revealed that it has been added to the approved supplier list and recommended supplier list for server chassis and cabinet components for NVIDIA. According to a report from CITIC Construction Investment, KARRIE INT'L is one of the earliest entrants in the server chassis market and holds a leading position globally, with clients that include well-known brands such as HP, Lenovo, IBM, DELL, and ZTE. The AI sector is driving simultaneous growth in both demand and pricing in the server chassis market. The company is actively expanding its product range and customer base, with promising progress in AI server chassis products across traditional OEMs, NVIDIA, and CSPs. Furthermore, KARRIE INT'L is enhancing its global presence, with plans to ramp up production at its Thailand facility to meet future demand, presenting optimistic growth prospects for its AI server business.
