2026年8月13日，迪生创建（国际）有限公司（股票代码：00113）发布自愿性公告称，Harvey Nichols Group Limited（下称“Harvey Nichols英国”）及其附属公司的业务和资产已于同日完成出售。董事会指出，Harvey Nichols英国并非迪生创建集团成员，公司及其任何附属公司均未持有Harvey Nichols英国或其任何附属公司的股权，亦未对其提供任何形式的贷款、担保、赔偿或抵押。
公告强调，迪生创建在香港经营的Harvey Nichols零售业务（包括位于金钟太古广场的门店）由集团全资附属公司独立拥有及运营，在所有权、管理、雇佣、库存采购及日常营运方面均与Harvey Nichols英国完全分离。因此，此次英国业务出售不会对迪生创建的业务及经营构成影响。
截至公告日期，迪生创建董事会成员包括：执行董事陈汉松（代理主席）、潘冠达（首席营运官）、刘汝熹；独立非执行董事马清源、艾志思、馮愉敏及林诗韻。
