佳鑫国际资源 公布招股结果，香港公开发售接获2,041.62倍认购，一手(400股)中签率1%，认购150万股始获稳派一手，并无触发回补机制。国际发售录得21.11倍认购。发售价10.92港元，集资净额10.88亿港元。股份预期今日(28日)上市。
哈萨克斯坦钨矿公司佳鑫国际资源是次拟全球发售1.098亿股，香港公开发售占10%。七名基石投资者信达(01359.HK) 、鲁银、广发基金、广发国际资产管理、富国香港、富国基金及Zhengxin合共认购5,490.44万股，占发售总数50%。
