TAIHE M-FIN (01915) announced that Mr. Lau Kwok Yin has resigned as the company secretary and ceased to serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from November 26, 2025. Following Mr. Lau's resignation, Mr. Raymond Chan has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative with effect from the same date.
