博维智慧（港交所：01204）23日发布盈利预告称，董事会基于截至2025年12月31日止财年（下称“2025财年”）的初步未审核综合财务数据，预期本集团年内利润将较上年同期大幅增长不少于500%。\n\n公告显示，截至2024年12月31日止年度，博维智慧录得利润约0.01亿元港元，为本次增长提供基数。\n\n管理层将利润显著提升归因于两大因素：\n1. 收益预计增加不少于10%，主要受专业IT服务、托管服务及转售业务新签高价值合约带动；\n2. 毛利预计增加不少于12%，其中专业IT服务业务的毛利率有所提升。\n\n公司提示，相关数据尚未经过董事会、审核委员会及独立核数师的最终审阅，2025财年经审计的正式业绩预计于2026年3月底披露。投资者买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
