博维智慧科技有限公司（下称“公司”）昨日（3月2日）公布2026年2月股份变动月报。报告期截至2月28日，公司已发行股份保持不变，注册股本与已发行股份数量均与上月持平。
公司注册股本为100,000,000港元，对应10,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值0.01港元。截至2月末，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）维持在500,000,000股，无任何新增发行或股份购回与注销活动。市场流通股份占比符合香港联交所主板上市规则中对公众持股量的要求。
公司于2022年6月20日采纳并于2025年6月20日修订的购股权计划下，仍有最多50,000,000股普通股可在行使期权时发行或由库存转让。报告期内并无新股因行使期权而发行或由库存转让，亦无购回股份行为。
公司确认，所有在报告期内的股份事项均已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定，并已获董事会正式批准。上述月报由公司董事周家俊签署。
