支付公司 Block（股票代码：XYZ） 周四盘后公布第三季度业绩，由于经济不确定性持续及支付行业竞争加剧，利润未能达到华尔街预期，导致其股价在盘后交易中暴跌超过11%。
公司旗下为中小型企业提供支付解决方案的 Square部门 报告毛利润为 10.2亿美元，高于去年同期的 9.32亿美元。不过，其增长率从去年同期的 16% 放缓至 9%。
比特币收入 三季度下降至 19.7亿美元，低于去年同期的 24.3亿美元。Block通过私人经纪商购买比特币，再以小幅溢价转售给用户，从而促进平台上的加密货币交易。
与此同时，Cash App 表现相对强劲，毛利润同比增长幅度高于去年。尽管点对点支付应用的竞争压力不断上升，但Cash App仍实现了改善。
Block报三季度调整后每股净收益为 0.54美元，低于分析师平均预期的 0.67美元（数据来自LSEG）。
Truist分析师在报告中指出：“股价在盘后下跌，我们认为主要原因是利润未达预期，同时该股在财报公布前是市场上的热门多头仓位。”
Block预计 2025年毛利润 将达到 102.4亿美元，略高于此前预期的 101.7亿美元。
