i-CABLE Communications (1097) Announces Director Resignation and Nomination Committee Adjustment

On 6 February 2026, i-CABLE Communications Limited (Stock Code: 1097) announced that non-executive Director and Nomination Committee member, Ms. Ng Yuk Mui Jessica, tendered her resignation effective 5 February 2026. According to the announcement, Ms. Ng has no disagreement with the Board, and there is no matter requiring further attention from shareholders. The Board expressed gratitude for her contributions during her tenure.
Following this change, executive Director and chief executive officer, Ms. Wong Nga Fan, has been appointed as a new member of the Nomination Committee, also effective 5 February 2026.
