AB BUILDERS (01615) announced that Executive Director Mr. Liu Chaosheng resigned as Board Chairman and Executive Director due to the group's succession plan, effective from December 17, 2025. Executive Director Ms. Liu Qiuyu has been appointed as Board Chairman, effective from the same date.
