Shenyang Cuihua Gold And Silver Jewelry Co.,Ltd. (002731.SZ) has announced that it received a formal notification from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on September 8, 2026, regarding the impending termination of its stock listing. This preliminary notice signals the exchange's intent to delist the company's shares due to ongoing compliance failures.

The regulatory action stems from the company's failure to disclose its 2025 annual report within the legally mandated timeframe. As a direct consequence, trading in Shenyang Cuihua's shares was suspended starting May 6, 2026. Following this initial suspension, the company remained unable to publish the required annual report within the subsequent two-month period, which led to the resumption of trading on July 7, 2026, coupled with the imposition of a delisting risk warning on the stock.

The situation reached a critical juncture when, within two months of receiving the delisting risk warning, the company still failed to produce an annual report that was certified by a majority of its board members as being truthful, accurate, and complete. This failure aligns precisely with the conditions established for delisting under exchange rules. Consequently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has made the decision to proceed with terminating the listing of Shenyang Cuihua's shares, subject to any final review procedures.
