吉利汽车计划将其高端电动车品牌极氪私有化。这家中国汽车制造商周二披露，私有化交易对极氪的估值约为每股2.69美元，或每美国存托凭证26.87美元。公司称，这一支付价比5月6日极氪ADS收盘价高出约19%；5月6日是私有化提案公开前最后一个交易日。
总部位于杭州的吉利五月曾表示，正寻求将极氪私有化，距离后者在美国上市仅一年。作为中国第二大电动汽车制造商，吉利虽在扩大市场份额，但国内市场仍面临激烈竞争。公司表示，将使用内部资源为交易提供资金，必要时辅以债务融资。董事会一致批准该交易，预计第四季度完成。
根据协议条款，极氪将与吉利子公司Keystone Mergersub合并，极氪作为存续实体继续运营。
