Changchun Customs announced on April 10 that Fusai Yimo Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. recently obtained the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) advanced certification, becoming the first enterprise in Jilin Province to achieve this status in 2026. Currently, the number of AEO advanced certification enterprises within the jurisdiction of Changchun Customs has reached 36. Although these firms represent only 1.5% of the total number of enterprises, they account for 43.2% of the province's import and export business volume, serving as a vital force in promoting high-quality growth in foreign trade.
AEO is a key system advocated by the World Customs Organization to build partnerships between customs and businesses, and it is recognized internationally as the highest credit rating for companies engaged in global trade. Enterprises with AEO certification not only enjoy benefits domestically, such as lower inspection rates, priority handling, and simplified procedures, but also receive streamlined customs clearance in mutual recognition countries and regions, which helps enhance their international competitiveness.
Fusai Yimo Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. primarily engages in the production of core automotive electronic components and has expanded into related kit businesses. The company has passed 66 customer certifications covering environmental, mechanical, electrical, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards, and has obtained 9 management system certifications. By the end of 2025, the company's cumulative import and export volume reached 922 million yuan.
Since obtaining certification on March 30, the company has completed two batches of customs clearance involving a total of 43 shipments without any inspections, achieving a "zero inspection" record. This has resulted in savings of approximately 11,000 yuan in detention and inspection fees, significantly improved clearance efficiency, and effectively ensured the supply of raw materials and timely order fulfillment.
Since the beginning of this year, Changchun Customs has continued to advance initiatives such as "Zero Distance Between Customs and Enterprises" and "Nurturing New Strengths, Spring Breeze Benefits Enterprises" to support foreign trade development. These efforts focus on strengthening policy support and service innovation, increasing the cultivation of high-credit enterprises, and encouraging more companies to strive for AEO advanced certification.
In the next phase, Changchun Customs will collaborate with local governments and financial institutions to improve supporting incentive measures, fully leverage the benefits of AEO policies, and assist "Jilin Manufacturing" and "Jilin Brand" products in expanding into international markets.
