Hong Kong, 4 August 2026 – China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited has been classified by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) as having a “Significant Public Float Shortfall” under Listing Rule 13.32F, after failing to meet the minimum public-float requirement stipulated in Rule 13.32B.

Effective 9:00 a.m. on 5 August 2026, the company’s English stock short name will change from “CHINA SHENGMU” to “CHINASHENGMU-PF”, while the Chinese short name will become “中國聖牧-PF”. The stock code remains 1432. The “-PF” suffix serves as a designated marker highlighting the public-float non-compliance; it will be removed only after the company demonstrates full compliance with Rule 13.32B and publishes a corresponding announcement.

Under Rule 13.32G(3), China Shengmu must restore its minimum public float by 2 February 2028. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the company’s listing on the HKEX. Shareholders and potential investors are therefore urged to exercise caution when dealing in the shares.

The board remains composed of one executive director, five non-executive directors (including the chairman), and three independent non-executive directors, with Li Kwok Fat serving as company secretary.
