On the morning of December 30, 2025, KANGQIAO SER Services Group Co., Ltd. (KANGQIAO SER) (02205) and the US-based artificial intelligence property diagnosis company Askitect.com (Askitect) conducted an in-depth online seminar centered on the theme of "Intelligent Inspection and Energy Saving for Engineering Equipment." The meeting aimed to clarify the collaboration pathway and promote the practical application of AI technology in the field of engineering equipment management. The meeting was chaired by Dai Wei, Executive Director and President of KANGQIAO SER, with participants including Askitect representative He Zuoda, KANGQIAO SER Assistant General Manager Zhang Rui, Digital Technology Center Director Wu Yu, and System R&D Department Manager Wu Jianchao.

In the current wave of intelligent transformation sweeping the property management industry, traditional engineering equipment inspection models are facing systemic challenges. Therefore, during this meeting, KANGQIAO SER and Askitect conducted a thorough analysis of four core pain points in current engineering equipment inspection work within the property management sector: heavy reliance on manual reporting, single-dimensional management, varying skill levels among frontline staff, and the underutilization of image data. To address these issues, the two parties identified "AI-assisted verification of inspection effectiveness" and an "intelligent diagnostic assistant for elevator fault codes" as the first implementation scenarios. The former uses AI image recognition technology to verify the presence and authenticity of inspection personnel's work; the latter employs OCR and RAG technologies to provide maintenance personnel with real-time fault diagnosis and solutions.

On the technical implementation level, both sides agreed to adopt a "centralized upload and batch background processing" model to enhance efficiency, with an initial pilot scale being controllable and server loads manageable. President Dai proposed an implementation principle of "small starting points and rapid verification" during the meeting, suggesting pilot projects first in the areas of engineering maintenance and facility energy savings, and forming a joint China-US virtual research team to quickly develop feasible solutions. Ultimately, both parties concurred that using intelligent inspection as a breakthrough point, leveraging AI image recognition and intelligent knowledge base technologies to address issues of work authenticity and staff competency gaps, would create a replicable industry benchmark case and provide a practical model for the intelligent upgrade of property management.

The substantive progress of this online meeting stemmed from a solid foundation of close cooperation established earlier. On December 15, 2025, KANGQIAO SER and Askitect signed a memorandum of cooperation, reaching an intent for deep collaboration. On December 24, Askitect founder He Zuoda was invited to visit the KANGQIAO SER headquarters, where President Dai, accompanied by Vice President Li Zhigang and Assistant General Manager Zhang Rui, provided a high-level reception, guiding Mr. He on a tour of the corporate culture gallery and the smart operations center to systematically showcase the company's achievements in smart services.

During the symposium, President Dai elaborated on the dual-core strategy of "Service + Technology" and introduced three key AI implementation initiatives: first, building a human-machine collaborative operation system that uses AI algorithms to replicate the operational logic of experienced practitioners and optimize the performance of intelligent equipment; second, utilizing intelligent interaction technology to replace manual labor in repetitive communication scenarios, thereby optimizing the human cost structure; third, creating standardized industry solutions to promote cross-enterprise technology sharing. President Dai also emphasized that AI technology has become a core engine driving industry transformation and upgrading.

During the visit and exchange activities, Mr. He expressed high recognition for KANGQIAO SER's capabilities in technology application and provided an overview of Askitect. Mr. He stated that, addressing the pain points of information opacity and high labor costs in the construction industry, he founded a technology company focused on AI-powered property health assessment. After over a year of data annotation and algorithm iteration, the platform was launched. Askitect's core business involves using computer vision technology and AI algorithms to intelligently analyze property photos and video data, automatically generating detailed health diagnostic reports covering aspects like structural safety and equipment status, along with repair cost estimates, and building a standardized "House VIN" system covering the entire property lifecycle. Paying users are primarily real estate agencies and financial institutions, and usage has seen explosive growth in the three months since launch.

Mr. He expressed his expectation to deepen the strategic cooperation with KANGQIAO SER, hoping that both parties would fully leverage their complementary advantages in technology R&D and practical application to jointly promote the innovative application of AI technology in property management and related real estate services, working together to build a "digital future" and achieve a win-win situation for both commercial and social value.

From site visits to online seminars, the cooperation between the two parties has deepened layer by layer: the visit established strategic mutual trust and business understanding, while the online meeting focused on tackling pain points and technical implementation, forming a closed-loop logic of "cognition-consensus-practice." President Dai pointed out that this cooperation is not just a technical integration but a restructuring of the "service ecosystem"; Mr. He Zuoda also emphasized that, leveraging KANGQIAO SER's scenario resources and Askitect's algorithmic capabilities, they aim to redefine engineering equipment management standards.

In the future, the two parties will accelerate the work of the virtual research team, starting with intelligent inspection of engineering equipment and gradually expanding to dimensions such as facility energy savings and risk early warning. By building reusable intelligent solutions, they aim to enhance management efficiency, reduce operational costs, promote the transformation of property management from "labor-intensive" to "technology-driven," and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry.
