上海宝济药业股份有限公司（股票代码：02659，简称“宝济药业-B”）于2026年7月28日发布公告，披露其在香港联交所场内回购股票。公司当日回购普通股63,100股，约占公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）152,657,450股的0.04133%，回购价格介乎每股18.25港元至18.82港元，合计耗资约118.53万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）降至152,594,350股，库存股份数增至1,732,900股，已发行股份总数仍为154,327,250股。公司于2026年5月26日获得股东批准的购回授权可回购股份总数为15,432,725股，截至公告日已在本交易所和其他证券交易所合计回购1,732,900股。
公司表示，本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵照相关上市规则和适用法律法规执行。公告由执行董事刘彦君签署。
