MONTAGE TECH: Morgan Stanley Disposes, Long Position Falls to 5.85%

Morgan Stanley disclosed transactions in MONTAGE TECH (06809) on September 28, 2026. The long position decreased by 132,885 shares due to a reduction in shares available for rehypothecation or disposal, which was not an on-market trade. Separately, the short position was reduced following the return of borrowed shares under a securities lending agreement, also not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the disclosure, Morgan Stanley held a long position of 4.57 million shares (6.03%) and a short position of 3.04 million shares (4.01%) in MONTAGE TECH. Following the transactions, the long position fell to 4.44 million shares (5.85%) and the short position decreased to 3.02 million shares (3.99%).
