截至2025年9月30日止六個月，亞洲速運物流控股有限公司實現營收約1.64億港元，同比下降約6.8%。公司期內經調整淨利潤約63萬港元，同比下降約44.7%。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額約495萬港元，較上年同期增長約107.3%。
從成本結構看，僱員福利開支與上年同期相比小幅增長0.8%；派遣勞工成本減少16.2%；運輸成本微增0.2%；倉儲營運成本則減少2.1%。公司表示，派遣勞工及倉儲方面的降幅主要與空運貨物地勤及倉儲需求減少有關，而運輸成本仍隨收入規模變動略有上揚。

報告期內，運輸服務實現收入約5,880萬港元，同比增長25.5%；倉儲及其他增值服務收入約4,150萬港元，同比下降35.2%。管理層認為，運輸服務的增長得益於開發新客戶所帶來的增量，而倉儲及其他增值服務則受宏觀環境與需求放緩影響有所下滑。
