JACOBIO-B receives USD100.00 million upfront from AstraZeneca under pan-KRAS inhibitor licensing deal

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (JACOBIO-B) disclosed that its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Jacobio, has received an upfront payment of USD100.00 million from AstraZeneca AB. The payment forms part of the Licence and Collaboration Agreement signed on 21 December 2025 for the global development of the pan-KRAS inhibitor JAB-23E73.
According to the announcement dated 30 March 2026, the funds will increase the group’s cash reserves and support subsequent development of its oncology pipeline, which spans KRAS, STING, P53 and MYC pathways. Jacobio operates R&D centres in Beijing, Shanghai and Boston, leveraging its Induced Allosteric Drug Discovery Platform and immunostimulatory antibody-drug conjugate platform.
