The California Department of Motor Vehicles stated that Tesla Motors has implemented compliant measures regarding the marketing of its vehicles' autonomous driving features, thereby avoiding a 30-day sales suspension in the state. The agency noted in a Tuesday announcement that Tesla has undertaken corrective actions to prevent a sales halt.
