生物系统工程有限公司（01355，以下简称“公司”）8月24日公告，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计将录得归属于公司股东的净利润约2000万港元，而上年同期则录得约1350万港元的净亏损。
公司表示，业绩由亏转盈的主要原因之一，是报告期内确认了约6580万港元的提前终止租赁收益。
公司强调，上述数据基于董事会现有资料的初步评估，未经审核委员会审阅，最终未经审计中期业绩将于2026年8月31日或之前公布。
