Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited repurchased 208,400 ordinary shares on 9 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed within a price range of HK$9.52 to HK$9.72 per share, resulting in total consideration of HK$2.00 million and an average repurchase price of HK$9.59 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 607.53 million to 607.32 million shares, a reduction of 0.0343%. Treasury shares increased from 10.97 million to 11.18 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.
The repurchase formed part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which authorises Hygeia Healthcare to buy back up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 419,200 shares, equivalent to 0.069% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or further treasury-share sales is in effect until 8 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing regulations.
All repurchased shares from the latest transaction are being retained as treasury shares. The board confirms that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements, and the terms of the shareholder mandate.
