回购完成后，公司已发行股份由2026年6月2日的249,198,715股（不包括库藏股）减少至249,176,715股，同时库藏股由2,395,000股增至2,417,000股，合并计算的已发行股份总数维持在251,593,715股。公司购回授权决议通过日期为2025年6月27日，授权可供回购股份总数为23,579,556股，截至目前已累计回购2,417,000股，占授权通过日已发行股本约1.025%，尚余21,162,556股回购额度。根据有关规定，回购后30天内（至2026年7月3日）将暂缓发行新股或转让库藏股。
