方达控股公司（01521）于2026年3月4日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报。公司本月底已发行普通股总数继续保持在2,036,024,910股，库存股份为0股，总体股本无新增发行或注销变化。

报告期内，首次公开发售前股份激励计划期权维持16,950,000份；2018年股份激励计划由16,550,500份期权减少至16,227,500份，系部分期权注销或失效所致。期内未有任何期权行权产生的新股发行，总计未带来股本变化。
公告显示，公司曾于2024年5月28日购回合计3,536,000股普通股，价格区间介于每股HKD 0.5296至HKD 1.0226，该等购回股份拟予注销但截至本月底尚未注销。目前公司已发行股份总数仍保持稳定，公允持股量符合相关上市规则要求。
