On December 11, BINHAI INV (02886) successfully held the launch ceremony for its "Safety Enhancement, Service Expansion" e-commerce platform and the opening of the Taiyue Home Lifestyle Experience Center. Attendees included officials from the Tianjin Binhai New Area Development and Reform Commission, representatives from the Tianjin Urban Management Committee, Yin Fugang (Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of BINHAI INV), Zhang Changliang (Deputy Party Secretary), and Shang Benyu (Head of Taiyue Home), alongside media representatives, marking a pivotal moment in the state-owned enterprise's service upgrade.

The event commenced with remarks from Shang Benyu, who outlined Taiyue Home’s core positioning and development strategy. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of BINHAI INV, Taiyue Home is tasked with advancing high-quality value-added services. The new e-commerce platform digitizes offline gas-related services, expands access to lifestyle products, and offers convenient service interfaces, providing users with one-stop quality living solutions. Shang emphasized BINHAI INV’s commitment to user satisfaction and government trust, highlighting initiatives since 2019—such as gas appliance services, customized relocation solutions, and non-residential maintenance—and the 2025 pivot to platform-based services under national policies, leveraging the company’s safety expertise.

Yin Fugang underscored the significance of transitioning from offline services to online expansion, noting BINHAI INV’s 30-year legacy serving over 2.5 million users across eight provinces and two cities. He positioned Taiyue Home as a model for state-owned enterprise innovation, aiming to integrate premium resources in gas equipment, smart home products, and daily essentials to enhance consumer experiences.

The Tianjin Binhai New Area Development and Reform Commission applauded the platform’s alignment with national high-quality development goals, recognizing its potential to inject momentum into the local platform economy and digitalize civil services. The Tianjin Urban Management Committee praised BINHAI INV’s shift from a gas supplier to a comprehensive energy service provider, urging continued focus on safety and service quality while pioneering "gas +" service models.

The ceremony concluded with a ribbon-cutting by key officials, officially activating the Taiyue Home platform. Attendees later toured the Lifestyle Experience Center, endorsing its "online + offline" service model. This launch signifies BINHAI INV’s critical step toward becoming a comprehensive energy service leader, with Taiyue Home poised to drive innovation, resource integration, and broader user benefits, contributing to regional economic growth and public welfare.
