To deepen transportation coordination within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and improve the quality and efficiency of cross-border travel services, a new city airport lounge has officially opened at MGM Cotai in Macao. The facility, launched on February 4, is a joint initiative by the Hong Kong Airport Authority, Zhuhai Zhugang Airport Management Co., Ltd., MGM Cotai, and Macau Seng Tak Travel Service Co., Ltd.

The lounge offers a range of convenient services for passengers traveling between Zhuhai and Macao, including flight inquiries, self-check-in, and chartered shuttle services. Operating daily from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, the lounge is located in the lobby on the first floor of MGM Cotai, allowing travelers to access Zhuhai Airport’s premium pre-flight services without having to go to the airport.

This cross-sector collaboration aims to integrate aviation resources with Macao’s tourism advantages, injecting new vitality into regional connectivity. Moving forward, airports in Zhuhai and Macao will continue to optimize the cross-border ground transport network, innovate service models, and expand their service coverage in Hong Kong and Macao. These efforts will provide high-quality, efficient, and convenient air travel services, reinforcing transportation integration within the Greater Bay Area.
