CAPITAL ENV (03989) announced that the company will issue the first tranche of corporate bonds targeting professional investors on December 18, 2025 (T Day) to December 19, 2025 (T+1 Day). The total issuance amount of this tranche will not exceed RMB2 billion (inclusive), divided into two series: Series 1 with a 3-year maturity and Series 2 with a 5-year maturity. The net proceeds are intended for repaying interest-bearing liabilities.
