据公告，该公司本次注销自2025年8月21日至2026年6月11日期间于香港联交所购回的普通股19,038,400股，占当时已发行股本约1.5366%，每股回购价格为29.0173港元。此外，公司还注销自2025年11月20日至2026年6月10日期间于纽约证券交易所购回的普通股5,880,544股，占当时已发行股本约0.4746%，每股回购价格为3.9297美元。本次股份注销完成后，公司已发行股本降至1,214,041,449股，库藏股份数目为0。
公告显示，该等股份回购及注销事项均已获得公司董事会正式授权并遵守相关上市规则及适用法律法规。公告由公司董事叶国富签署。
