CNT GROUP (00701) announced that Ernst & Young (EY) has resigned as the company's auditor effective November 17, 2025, at the board's request. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited as the replacement auditor, effective from November 17, 2025, to fill the interim vacancy left by EY's resignation. Zhonghui Anda will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
