可换股证券方面，JD Zhixing Fund L.P.持有的可换债券总额分别为2.50亿美元与3,310万美元。若根据转换价6.55美元及0.2693美元全部转换，合计可发行股份38,181,306股以及122,924,400股。截至2月底，公司并未因此新增发行任何股份。
