Baijin Life Science Publishes Annual Report and Sets Out Electronic Communication Arrangements

Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited has released its latest Annual Report (“Current Corporate Communication”) in both English and Chinese. The document is now accessible on the company’s website (www.baijinlifescience.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find a hard copy of the Annual Report enclosed with the notification letter. Shareholders preferring or requiring printed copies—either for the current report or for all future corporate communications—may complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 1466-ecom@vistra.com; all printed materials will be provided free of charge upon receipt of the request.

The company underscores that shareholders are responsible for supplying a valid email address to ensure they receive future electronic notifications. Until a functional email is supplied, shareholders will receive physical notices and actionable communications by post. Changes or updates to email addresses should be sent using the same Reply Form and contact channels.
