Bank of Chongqing (01963) Announces Monthly Return with Minor A Share Increase

Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. published its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 October 2025. The announcement indicates unaltered figures for the total authorized registered capital of H shares and a slight increase in A shares through convertible bond conversions.

As of the end of October, the bank’s total authorized registered share capital reached RMB 3,474,586,317. The authorized amount for H shares remained at 1,579,020,812 shares, and A shares rose from 1,895,564,990 to 1,895,565,505 shares, representing an increment of 515 shares.

Regarding issued shares, H shares remained stable at 1,579,020,812. Meanwhile, the total number of issued A shares also increased by 515 to 1,895,565,505, attributed to the conversion of its A Share Convertible Bonds during the month.

The applicable conversion price for those A Share Convertible Bonds was adjusted to RMB 9.67. At the close of October, the outstanding principal of the bonds was RMB 12,999,139,000, reflecting the conversion of RMB 5,000 during the month. The report confirms that all relevant procedures and regulatory requirements for these share issuances have been duly met.
