HKT Trust and HKT Limited Release 2026 Interim Report; Printed Copies Available on Request

HKT Trust and its trustee-manager HKT Management Limited, together with HKT Limited (collectively “HKT”), announced that the English and Chinese versions of their 2026 Interim Report have been published and are now accessible online. The documents can be viewed or downloaded from both the company’s investor-relations site (www.hkt.com/ir) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered holders whose share stapled units are kept in the Central Clearing and Settlement System may request printed copies of the newly released Interim Report—or elect to receive all future corporate communications in hard copy—by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form. The form should be mailed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the share stapled units registrar, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided. Alternatively, a scanned copy of the signed Reply Form can be emailed to hkt@computershare.com.hk.

The notification, dated 4 September 2026 and signed by Group General Counsel and Company Secretary Vanessa Cheung Hok Chee, reiterates that corporate communications encompass annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
