2026年7月30日，中国金融投资管理有限公司（股票代码：00605）公告，其间接全资附属公司乾隆领达财务有限公司与客户FL签订《贷款协议C》，向后者提供本金1,000万港元的抵押贷款，期限两年，年利率12厘。贷款资金将用作客户FL的营运资金。

贷款C以位于香港荃湾区的三项商业物业作第一法定押记/按揭担保。独立物业估值师于2026年6月29日对该三处物业作出估值，合计市值约2,940万港元，对应贷款与价值比率约34.0%。此外，担保人A（为客户FL最终实益拥有人）及担保人B（客户FL母公司）提供个人及公司担保。

此前，乾隆领达已于2025年12月16日向客户EX及客户FL发放本金2,088万港元的贷款B（期限两年），截至本公告日未偿还金额为1,798万港元。连同本次贷款C，乾隆领达已向客户EX及客户FL合共发放两笔抵押贷款，总额达2,798万港元。

公司表示，贷款C资金将由集团一般营运资金拨付。由于按香港联交所《上市规则》第14.07条计算的相关百分比率（无论就贷款C单独或与贷款B合并计算）皆超过5%但低于25%，本次交易构成须予披露交易，需履行通知及公告义务。

中国金融投资管理称，鉴于借款人及担保人财务状况稳健、抵押物业市值及较低的贷款与价值比率，董事会认为相关信贷风险可控，贷款协议C条款公平合理，符合公司及股东整体利益。
