SHOUCHENG (00697) announced that the Beijing Robotics Industry Development Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Robotics Fund), managed by a subsidiary under SHOUCHENG Capital (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), has made an investment in Songyan Power (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Songyan Power). This investment represents an additional funding round following the initial investment made in March 2024, and will further promote the investee company to increase R&D investment and accelerate product iteration and upgrades, consolidating and enhancing its leading position in the humanoid robot sector.

Songyan Power is an artificial intelligence company focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of humanoid robot bodies and bionic faces. The company is dedicated to R&D in multiple areas including general artificial intelligence bodies, robotic bionics, and embodied operating systems. This investment will help Songyan Power accelerate the iteration and upgrade of bionic faces and optimize humanoid robot body products, further accelerating the commercial closed loop of the humanoid robot industry and becoming a globally leading intelligent robotics enterprise.
