STARJOY W&T (03662) announced that on January 14, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Panyu Yuexi (as the lessee), entered into a lease contract with the lessor, Hengqin Shenhe Asset Operation (an independent third party). Under this agreement, the lessor has consented to lease the property located in Panyu Aoyuan Plaza to Guangzhou Panyu Yuexi for lawful commercial operations. The lease term is set for 10 years, commencing on February 1, 2026, and concluding on January 31, 2036.
