本次操作完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数变动至3,121,222,476股，库藏股数增至32,966,000股。公司表示，董事会于2026年6月18日通过购回授权，总额度为313,142,977股，截至公告日已合计回购10,438,000股，约占授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数的0.3333%。公告同时确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
