中国制药公司迈威生物本次拟全球发售4,713.02万股，公开发售占10%。招股价介乎27.64至30.71元。君实香港、Sanjin International、国惠香港、昌荣国际、WuXi Biologics Venture及中和资本等6名基石投资者共合认购1,502.06万股，占发售总数31.87%。禁售承诺最后一天2026年10月27日。
