CHINA CBS INTL releases 2025/26 Annual Report and AGM circular outlining new share mandates and board changes

On 30 July 2026, China Changbaishan International Holdings Limited (abbreviated as CHINA CBS INTL) announced the online publication of its 2025/26 Annual Report together with a circular for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The circular details several key proposals to be tabled at the AGM: • Granting general mandates to repurchase shares, issue new shares and sell/transfer treasury shares. • Re-election of directors who are due to retire by rotation. • Re-appointment of the Company’s auditor.

English and Chinese versions of both the annual report and the circular are now available in the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website (www.chinacbsintl.com) as well as on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders will receive email or postal alerts when new corporate communications are published online. Those wishing to obtain printed copies of the current documents or to revise their future communication preferences can complete and return a Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. No postage is required if mailed within Hong Kong.
