文业集团（01802）7月13日公告，因工作安排原因，罗文僖已辞去公司授权代表、公司秘书及《公司条例》第622章授权代表职务，辞任自2026年7月13日起生效。罗文僖已确认与董事会无意见分歧，亦无需就其辞任事项另行披露。 同日起，黄智江获委任为公司授权代表、公司秘书及《公司条例》第622章授权代表。黄智江拥有逾十年合规、审计、会计及企业融资经验，持有香港城市大学工商管理（荣誉）学士学位，并为香港会计师公会、香港公司治理公会及英国特许公司治理公会会员。此前曾在四家香港上市公司出任公司秘书及授权代表。董事会确认其符合《香港联交所证券上市规则》第3.28条关于公司秘书的资格要求。 此外，公司自2026年7月13日起将香港主要营业地址更改为香港德辅道中121号远东发展大厦17楼1704室。 根据公司要求，文业集团股份已自2025年12月5日9时起暂停于联交所买卖，并将继续停牌，直至满足复牌指引。
