Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited (PA GoodDoctor) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 22 October 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026. The meeting will also address the publication of these third-quarter figures and any additional business matters.

The notice, dated 21 September 2026 and signed by Chairman Mr. Yougang Zhu, confirms the session will take place in Shanghai. The current board comprises two executive directors (Mr. Mingke He and Mr. Tongzhuan Xi), two non-executive directors (Mr. Yougang Zhu and Ms. Yanjun Fan), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Yunwei Tang, Mr. Tianyong Guo and Dr. Kwok Tung Donald Li).
