According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 5, a shareholder of JTF INTL Holdings (09689) transferred shares from Heng Hua International Securities to Hua Tong Securities. The value of the transferred portfolio was HK$41.38 million, representing 8.24% of the holdings.
JTF INTL Holdings recently issued an announcement stating that on January 28, 2026, Conson Investment entered into a supplemental agreement with the placement agent to extend the placement period stipulated in the placement agreement. The completion deadline was postponed from no later than January 30, 2026, to no later than February 13, 2026.
