Hong Kong, 13 March 2026 — In connection with the proposed privatisation of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. (02688) by way of a scheme of arrangement, the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive disclosed the latest share dealings by BlackRock, Inc., a Class (6) associate of the offeree company.

On 12 March 2026, BlackRock executed the following transactions on a U.S. exchange for discretionary investment clients:

• Sold 1.66 million shares at US$67.85 each. • Purchased 5 shares at the same price.

Post-transaction, BlackRock’s holding fell from 66.38 million shares (5.87% of the issued share capital) to 64.72 million shares (5.72%). The sale reduced its ownership by 1.66 million shares and 0.15 percentage points.

The disclosure complies with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers and is part of ongoing reporting requirements during the privatisation process.
