CHINA HEALTH (00673) announced that the board of directors is pleased to announce that the subscription and rights offering have been completed on October 6, 2025. All preconditions for the subscription have been satisfied, and in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement, 500 million subscription shares, 100 million subscription shares, and 100 million subscription shares have been allocated and issued to Subscriber A, Subscriber B, and Subscriber C, respectively.
