根据公告，截至2026年4月27日，公司已发行股份总数约29.74亿股。若该授权在股东大会上获得通过，公司将在香港联合交易所有限公司回购不超过约2.97亿股股份，占已发行股份总数的10%。公司表示将使用内部资源作为购回资金，相关程序将遵循百慕达法及香港上市规则。
公告显示，公司2025年4月至2026年4月间股价最高曾达1.76港元，最低为0.73港元。董事会认为，此次回购符合公司和股东整体利益，将根据市场情况合适时机谨慎行使相关授权。
公司股东周年大会拟于2026年6月12日上午在香港召开，并就此项回购授权进行表决。公司将于6月8日至6月12日暂停办理股份过户登记，以确定有权出席并投票的股东名单。
