Lai Sun Development releases interim report for H1 FY2026 and details shareholder communication options

On 21 April 2026, Lai Sun Development Company Limited announced the publication of its interim report covering the six-month period ended 31 January 2026. Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) website and the company’s corporate site.

Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed communications will find the interim report enclosed in their chosen language. Those wishing to obtain a printed version—whether in English, Chinese or both—may submit the accompanying Request Form to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via freepost mail within Hong Kong or by email to 488-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice also outlines shareholders’ ability to alter future communication preferences at any time, subject to seven days’ written notice. Options include: 1. Online access only, with email or letter notification upon publication; 2. Printed English version by mail; 3. Printed Chinese version by mail; or 4. Printed bilingual versions by mail.
