Emperador Inc. released its list of the top 100 stockholders as of Mar, 31 2026, showing 15.77 billion fully paid and issued shares in circulation.

Alliance Global Group Inc. remained the company’s largest shareholder, owning 9.81 billion shares, or 60.374% of total equity. PCD Nominee Corporation accounted for the next-biggest holdings via its non-Filipino and Filipino accounts at 2.96 billion shares (18.211%) and 2.43 billion shares (14.958%) respectively.

Additional sizeable blocks were held by Alliance Global Group Inc. through another tranche of 556.61 million shares (3.427%) and The Andresons Group Inc. with 10 million shares (0.062%). A range of individual investors held smaller positions, some as small as a single share.

The disclosure also identified 5.39 billion lodged shares maintained with various custodians. The largest positions were with Standard Chartered Bank (2.76 billion shares), the Government Service Insurance System (1.46 billion shares) and the Social Security System (332.48 million shares), followed by numerous brokerage and trust accounts.
