NEW MEDIA LAB (01284) announced that Ernst & Young has resigned as the company's auditor effective November 12, 2025, after failing to reach an agreement with the board on proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Cheng Cheng CPA Limited as the new auditor, effective November 12, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Ernst & Young.
