DT Capital Completes Placement of 286 Million New Shares, Raising Approximately HK$13.9 Million Net

DT CAPITAL (ASX: 00356) has announced the completion of its share placement. The company has issued a total of 286 million subscription shares at HK$0.049 per share. The placement was executed at a discount of approximately 14.04% to the designated investor, Zhongmao Huanqiu.

All conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been satisfied, and the placement was finalized on June 22, 2026. Following the completion of this transaction, the investor has become a major shareholder as defined by the listing rules and is now considered a connected person of the company under those same regulations.

The gross proceeds from the placement amount to HK$13,999,300. After deducting all associated expenses, the net proceeds raised are approximately HK$13,899,300. The company intends to allocate these net funds towards potential investment opportunities. The primary focus will be on projects related to digital financial technology (fintech) and e-commerce digitalization, as well as other potential projects in various industries and regions that the company may identify from time to time.
