CHERY AUTO (09973) has announced that Mr. Yang Shanlin, an independent non-executive director, has retired from his position following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting due to other work commitments. Following his retirement, Mr. Yang will also no longer serve as a member of the Risk Control and Audit Committee.
