8月25日，威高股份(01066)控股子公司山东威高骨科材料股份有限公司发布2026年半年度报告。报告期内，公司实现营业收入7.04亿元，同比下降4.93%；实现归属于母公司股东的净利润1.32亿元，同比下降6.85%。扣除非经常性损益后，归属于母公司股东的净利润为1.26亿元，同比下降7.28%。
期内，公司研发投入为0.55亿元，占营业收入的7.77%，同比减少5.94%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额为1.40亿元，同比减少24.59%。
截至6月30日，公司总资产为52.04亿元，归属于母公司股东的净资产为41.95亿元，较期初增长1.22%。报告期基本每股收益为0.33元，同比下降5.71%。
董事会拟以剔除回购专户后股本3.97亿股为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.90元（含税），合计派现0.36亿元，占半年度归母净利润的27.04%。
报告显示，营业收入和利润同比下滑的主要原因系国内终端临床手术量阶段性波动、市场竞争加剧及带量采购进展影响。公司表示，将继续推进运动医学、脊柱微创等新产品布局，并已在海外市场取得59张注册证书。
